Warranties and returns:
Machinery and Powertool Centre will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) in the case of damaged or faulty goods. Non warranty repairs will be carried out in our workshop, and the cost of repairs and return of the item will be paid by the owner of the product. Warranty repairs can often be carried out by your local approved Service Agent.
We will not return or refund on products if you have changed your mind. Please make sure the item you are purchasing is what you want prior to buying, read all relevant information on products and warranties and ask questions if you are unsure.
We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction, if you receive any faulty or damaged products be sure to contact us straight away so we can get the issue resolved.
